How to Fix the Free Alejandro Glitch in MW2
After killing some Shadows and breaching the prison, you will reach Alejandro’s cell. If all goes well, Ghost will be there with bolt cutters to open the door. However, if he is nowhere to be found, you cannot interact with the door. Shooting or trying to blow up the door won’t work either. That means you are facing this glitch.
To fix the “Free Alejandro” glitch in MW2, you have to free Ghost. Go back the way you came from and look for him. In this bug, Ghost might get stuck in the prison block and you have to free him. Look into every nook and cranny for him since it is dark. Once you find Ghost, throw a Flashbang at him and he will be free. Then follow him to Alejandro’s cell and interact with the door when he asks. Then you will see a small cutscene after which you can continue with the mission.
