In order to discover Red items for Five Flushes of Fortune, you will have to meet Ji Tong first. After a brief conversation, he will hand over his faulty Kamera, which you will have to equip. Once equipped, go and find Red items and capture their photos.
There are numerous locations where you will get Red items throughout the world of Teyvat. There are two Red items namely the Windhweel Aster and Calla Lily flowers that you can find at the two Statues of the Seven in Mondstadt.
