You will need:
- Fish
- Rice
- Butter
Fish
To acquire a fish, you need to go fishing. You will get a Fishing Rod from Goofy after completing the ‘Fishing Expedition’ quest. You can use any fish in this dish and luckily there is plenty of fish to catch throughout the biomes. Like Herring at Dazzle Beach and Glade of Trust, Tuna at Forgotten Lands and Glade of Trust, etc. Note that you cannot use Seafood instead of Fish. These two are different ingredients. You can also get Fish for Risotto in Dreamlight Valley from Moana’s Boat.
Rice
To get rice, go to Goofy’s Stall in Glade of Trust. Repair his stall and you can buy Rice Seeds from him for 35 Star Coins. Plant these seeds in rich soil and wait for 50 minutes to grow rice.
