Skrelp is also called the ‘Mock Kelp Pokemon’. It is a Poison/Water type Pokemon who might not have the most impressive stats but is definitely adorable to look at. The Pokemon’s true strength however, lies in its evolution. It evolves into Dragalge after reaching Level 48. Though it’s a traditional transformation process, it definitely takes a lot of grinding to help Skrelp level up. The faster way to do this is by using EXP candies or by simply catching a higher level Skrelp in the first place. This can give you a massive advantage in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. Some of Dragalge’s impressive stats are a base Special Defense and Special Attack of 123 and 97 respectively. This definitely makes catching Skrelp worth your while!
