Now that you have this Gadget, you will be able to find Genius Invokation TCG players nearby. Once you use the gadget, you will be able to find the player that you have to Duel with in Genshin Impact.
When you open the map now, you will be able to get the location where you have to go to find the player. The sub-quest will most likely be in Mondstadt where you will have to face one of the knights.
Once you defeat the knight in the duel, you will complete the quest and will unlock the permanent mode Genius Invokation TCG.
