The Tactical Machines are not easy to find and without the location, you are bound to be lost soon. So far there are not many locations where you can find them, however, we have marked the few where they certainly spawn. So if you intend to get them, we recommend you scroll down below and head to the locations.

Here’s where you can get the Confuse Ray (TM017) in Pokemon Scarlet Violet:

  • Firstly, head northeast from the Los Platos Pokemon Centre in South Province Area Five and keep heading northeast. Past the multiple water bodies, you will come across some ruins and you will find one of the TM017 here in SV.
  • Next, head to the South Province Area Three and make your way towards the hill around the mark on the map. You will find it at the top of the hill.
  • Lastly, you can also head to the North Province and deep inside the Dalizapa Passage, you will find it in the lower cavern in one of the back caves.
