If you haven’t met Buthir yet, then you must find her in BG3. This is one of the interesting NPC that you can interact with, but do note, they can attack you. The reason behind the hostile behavior is justified, as you and your party ruined her lovely moments with Grukkoh. But don’t worry, there’s still a way to avoid the fight which we’ll talk about later. Let’s now focus on where you can find Buthir in Baldur’s Gate 3 easily.
Where Can I Find Buthir in BG3? (Location)
Players can find Buthir in the barn located on the north side of the Blighted Village at X:33, Y:465 in Baldur’s Gate 3 (BG3). You can make your way to this village by heading in the west direction of the Forest and at X:65, Y:404 you’ll find the entrance. There’ll be an automatic Perception check if you’re visiting the village for the first time. Once you’re inside the village, you can pay Buthir a visit anytime you want. But don’t forget, opening the Barn door can get you into an awkward situation with Grukkoh & Buthir. And that will not be liked by both of the NPCs, which can also turn into a fight. However, as mentioned earlier, there’s even a way that you can use to avoid the fight and let Buthir live in Baldur’s Gate 3.
How to Let Buthir Live in Baldur’s Gate 3?
Now that you know the location to find Buthir in BG3, you can open the barn door to meet her. But doing so can trigger a fight that can only be avoided if you have a Bard or Barbarian character in your party. If you have a Bard then simply select the Do carry on option and roll the skill check. Similarly, for Barbarian select the I’m Laughing option and roll the skill check. And if it’s a success then Grukkoh & Buthir will leave in shame and not fight with your party.
