To unlock Count Charlemend “Boomer” De Durendaire custom deliveries in Fantasy 14 you will need to complete at least 15 side story quests and Firmament main campaign. Then go to the Firmament and talk with Francel. You can find him at coordinates x:11.0, y:14.5.

How to Unlock Count Charlemend Boomer De Durendaire Custom Deliveries in Final Fantasy XIV

The Firmament is the newly built area in Ishgard. You must complete quests related to Ishgard Restoration, as mentioned in the dev patch note. “Smiles Cross the Sky,” “The Brume Lifts,” and “Go West, Craftsman,” are the main three according to the developers. You must achieve level 60 or higher to gain access to the area, and you must also complete the main campaign quest “Litany of Peace“.

Once custom orders are unlocked, you can communicate with clients who have requested them to validate which products they need that week. In a given week, up to twelve deliveries can be made. If you come back to do more than 12 deliveries, you will find that your eligibility is now reset. There are only a total of six deliveries per customer.

Unlock New Custom Delivery Client: The Firmament (X:11.0 Y:14.5)

  • Client—Count Charlemend de Durendaire
  • Must complete Ishgardian Restoration quests “Smiles Cross the Sky,” “The Brume Lifts,” and “Go West, Craftsman” to access this client
