Ocelot Pariah with EMS 4 has a top speed of 126 mph (202.77 kph), with unmodified default at 110 mph (177 kph). Similarly, if you are looking for stock speeds, the title of the fastest car will belong to both Grotti X80 Proto and Truffade Nero Custom at 117 mph (188.29 kph).

Also, if you are looking to achieve higher top speeds with additional features, then Grotti Vigilante can hit a top speed above 150 mph (241.4 kph) using its Rocker Booster.  Without the Rocket Booster, the Vigilante has a base high top speed of 115 mph (185.07 kph).

Bravado Banshee 900R is one of the cheapest and fastest cars you can get in GTA Online. Banshee costs just $105,000 for the base car, and the conversion cost is $565,000 for the 900R variant. The conversion can be done at Benny’s Original Motor Works. Banshee 900R’s stock top speed is 107 mph (172.2 kph). However, with EMS Engine Upgrade 4 you will easily get 124 mph (199.5 kph).
