In Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, players will travel across the ancient city of Mount Qaf exploring the unbeaten paths and areas in the non-linear world. As you progress through these varied biomes, traversing across them would be much easier with the fast travel feature in place. Since you wouldn’t want to head back to one of the areas by traveling all the way across while solving the sequences and puzzles again and again, this would make your life in the cursed city much easier.
However, in order to unlock the locations for fast travel in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown, you will need to progress fairly into the storyline exploring the first couple of areas. And without proper knowledge, these are easy to miss out on while on your quest to rescue Prince Ghassan. So if you are looking to travel between these biomes without any hassle, then here is a guide you should check out further.
How to Unlock Fast Travel in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown
Players can fast travel between areas in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown using the Homa Statues. However, you will quickly realize that it’s not as easy as it might seem at first. You will be able to unlock these fast travel locations after completing the Abducted Prince quest in the game. The very first statue that will help you unlock the feature is located in the Lower City.
On the quest, you will acquire Menolias’ Bow and Chakram while going through the Hyrcanian Forest. Similarly, as you progress further, you will stumble upon The Lost Crown’s first major boss, Jahandar the Manticore. Defeating him will let you get your hands on the Rush of Simurgh Time Power. With the help of the Time Power, you will be able to get yourself through the traps and access the area where the first Homa Statue is located.
To access the Homa Statue, players will need to travel to the west side room of the statue in the lair. You will need to guide Sargon through the traps using the new Rush of Simurgh Time Power. Once done, keep heading towards the west side and you will come across a Wak Wak tree. For now, ignore the tree and head towards the left side of the room where you will come across a purple rift.
You will be able to smash the purple orb with the help of Sargon’s weapons in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown. It will help you rebuild the statue in the game. You can interact with the Homa Statue to fast travel in the game. After interacting with it, you will see all the fast travel locations that you have unlocked.
