The first thing you must do is open the world map by pressing Y on Xbox One or Triangle on PS4. Here you will be able to see all the locations where you can fast travel to.
Now choose the place/location where you want to teleport to. Then, press A on Xbox One and X on PlayStation 4 to go there. That is basically how to fast travel in Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning. With it, now you can easily traverse the huge map without wasting time. An important thing to remember is that you cannot fast travel if you are in combat or in a dungeon.
Also, make sure that you have already discovered POIs for this to work, so put on your exploration hat and keep finding locations scattered all over the map. You will see camps, towns and more as you complete quests. As you discover more and more locations, you can save more time moving around the map. Talk to NPCs to know about new POIs as well.
In case fast travel is not working, you can set a waypoint on the location with Square (PS4)/X (Xbox One) and then you can visit it easily. It’s slower but it gets the job done.
