Stardew Valley Refined Quartz Farming Guide

Published Date :

In Stardew Valley, there are numerous items that players can craft if they find the necessary materials and resources. Some of these resources like the Refined Quartz are quite valuable since they can be used in numerous recipes. However, for players who are not really accustomed to the game, finding Refined Quartz in Stardew Valley would be difficult unless they are pointed in the right direction. If getting Refined Quartz is a little tedious for you, this guide is all you will need.

While normal pieces of Quartz can be found quite easily, players will have some tough ones with the refined ones. Fortunately, the normal ones can at least be made into them so there is some use for you to hold on to the Quartz that you can get in the mines. Apart from that, there are a few easy ways in which players can get the Refined Quartz.

The best way to get Refined Quartz in Stardew Valley is by smelting one piece of normal quartz or fire quartz in the furnace. While it will cost players one coal, smelting normal Quartz will give players one piece of Refined Quartz, and smelting fire quartz will give players three pieces of Refined Quartz. Smelting either one of them will take 1.5 hours of in-game time to complete.

Apart from smelting, players can try to look for them in the mines and Skull Cavern. Although they are a very rare drop, players might find one after breaking large crystals. Additionally, players can also get Refined Quartz through a recycling machine. Players can use a broken CD or broken glasses that they obtain and use them in the recycling machine.

Players can craft items like Solar Panel, Farm Computer, Quality Sprinkler, Garden Pot, and many more with this material.

That’s all you will need to get Refined Quartz in Stardew Valley. If you found this guide helpful, do check out our other Stardew Valley guides right here at Gamer Tweak.
