The other method to farm Phantasmal Cores is that you can exchange 20 Blue fragments to the Lectern for one Phantasmal Core.
Once you have the Phantasmal Cores, you will need them to exchange for one of the essences which the Lectern has for sale. Each essence will offer a different part of the Dreambane Armor.
