Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: How To Evolve Rellor

Published Date :

It is no surprise that every creature in the Pokemon franchise resembles its real-life counterpart. But even then, many fans are left intrigued with newly introduced creatures in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. One of them is Rellor who has an appearance similar to the Dung Beetle. Interestingly, it also has an evolution called Rabsca. This guide will show you how to evolve Rellor in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet.

How to Evolve Rellor in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet

Evolving Rellor into Rabsca is by no means an easy task. Reason being that Rabsca doesn’t spawn out in the wild so there’s no real way of getting it unless you have Rellor in your team. Just follow this guide to make the process seamless.

All you have to do is walk 1000 steps in the Pokemon Scarlet & Violet overworld with Rellor to make the evolution possible. You can do this by using the ‘Let’s Go mode’. It is done by pressing the ‘R’ button on your Nintendo Switch. This will release Rellor from the Poke Ball. Now start walking with Rellor. Keep in mind that if you walk too fast, Rellor will automatically return to its ball. So, match up the rolling bug’s speed!

Just walk around for a while, preferably in the city so that you don’t encounter any wild Pokemon and needlessly start battles. Once you assume you have done enough, simply level up your Rellor by using XP or Rare Candy. The next time your Rellor levels up, it will evolve into Rabsca. If not, continue walking more for a little while until you feel you’ve reached the target. Ta-da! You’ll finally have the bug and psychic type Rabsca in your team.

That’s all it takes to evolve Rellor in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. If this was helpful, check out our similar guides on our Pokemon Scarlet & Violet page right here.
