How to Equip and Change Shadestones in Oninaki
Shadestones are needed to modify and enhance your weapons in Oninaki, and they are introduced pretty early in the game and you will find an abundance of them as enemy drops or items found in the chests.
To equip them on to your weapons, you will first need to defeat Kushi after he is possessed by the Night Devil.
Where To Equip Shadestones
After you have defeated Kushi, head over to Deto and then travel a bit towards the left side of the map. You will find a new marker in the shape of a golden rectangle beside the second save point.
As you head to the marker, you will find yourself at the Alchemist’s Shop, talk to the merchant and there you will be able to equip Shadestones from this menu. Here you can also swap out the Shadestones you already have equipped too.
How to Upgrade Weapons in Oninaki
Once you complete the above, you get the option asking if you would like to upgrade your weapon as well.
The better quality weapon you have the higher chances it has to become better and near indestructible, so make sure that you only upgrade the highest quality weapon in your arsenal.
