Fortnite recently added Cipher quests and players are looking for the solutions of the Encrypted ones. The game will give you a clue to complete the quest. But in place of the locations will give a set of numbers. Don’t worry, finding their locations isn’t impossible. So below are the locations and solutions for the Encrypted Cipher quest in Fortnite.
How to Solve the Encrypted Cipher Quest in Fortnite
You need to go to the location given in the encryption and interact with the object you find there to solve the various stages of the Cipher quest. As for deciphering what each number means, a trick you could use is to match the numbers separated by period “.” to different alphabets. So for example 1.17.23.9.14. 19.19.24.1.21.6 turns into _____ ______. Which happens to be the location: Anvil Square. While it may not give you the accurate location you will have a better clue to actually solve it. But in case you don’t want to solve them all manually, below are the locations for each stage:
- Stage 4: Shattered Slabs
- Go to the northwestern mining area. Interact with the glow coming out from the ground. This will bring out an Arcade machine.
- Stage 3: Lonely Labs
- Go to the eastern side of the Lonely Labs. Find the 3 Crates and go inside the one that is open. Use the stairs to go down. Below you will find a hidden base, here interact with the computer.
- Stage 2: Faulty Splits
- Go to the Bowling Alley here and use the Distant Roar Spray.
- Stage 1: Anvil Square
- Go to the garage in the east and destroy the locker blocking the door. Below you can interact with the Cipher object near the table.
