Those who have played MW2 in the past might already know that attachments require to be unlocked. In the case of an Edge-47 Grip, it can’t be unlocked as of now in MW2. The Grip is displayed in the attachments for the guns of each platform. Although, there is no level requirement specified for a player to unlock the Edge-47 Grip. So it is for sure that the Grip is not available to equip in MW2 yet.
Further, this only applies to the Standard Multiplayer matches. To be precise, it is possible to equip the Edge-47 Grip in MW2’s private matches. This is because, in private matches, all the attachments are pre-unlocked from the beginning.
