A demo was published for Dragon Quest XI S, which lets you immerse yourself in the title for up to ten hours. A trailer offers a foretaste of the title.
Square Enix has released a demo for Dragon Quest XI S. This can be downloaded for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam).
According to Square Enix, the demo of the title, which confronts you with the beginnings of the story, offers up to ten hours of gameplay. The new functions and improvements of the Definitive Edition will also be presented. These include:
- Combat acceleration function
- Japanese and English voice-overs
- Orchestra soundtrack
- Photo mode
“This demo will give you a generous glimpse of the epic tale that awaits you in DRAGON QUEST XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition. Enjoy the beginning of the game in 3D for up to 10 hours of content,” said Square Enix.
With the ten hours mentioned at the beginning, the demo is very extensive. And so that your time is not lost, you can transfer the progress from the demo version to the full version as soon as it appears at the beginning of December.
And if you are one of the players who completely complete the main scenario of the demo version, you will receive three talent seeds as a reward, which each guarantees an additional skill point when used. They can be used in the demo version, but also later in the full version.
Dragon Quest XI S: Warriors of Fate – Definitive Edition will be released on December 4th, 2020. You can now pre-order the game on PlayStation Store. Below you can see a trailer for the demo.
