Xbox’s E3 conference was full of surprises but one that stood out was Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, the trailer shows that this game will faithfully follow Goku’s storyline in the Dragon Ball Z series from the time of the Saiyan invasion to squaring up against Frieza. This was one of the highest point which got a lot of cheer from the audience present.
The game footage shown was similar to the Dragon Ball Z anime in the aspect of the animation and the fighting style, you will no longer be stuck on the Mortal Kombat style fighting but instead will be more immersive and action-packed. There were a host of characters shown in the trailer which you can check out right here.
Kakarot is Goku’s Saiyan name before he was sent to earth and subsequently adopted and endeared himself to the people of earth, now as shown in the anime, you will have to go through Goku’s path which will lead you to powerful enemies that Goku has never seen before, as well as finding out the truth about himself.
The footage shown is in Japanese but the game will be available in English too with subtitles in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish, as well as Russian, Polish and Arabic.
All in all, this seems to be the perfect Dragon Ball Z game yet and we cannot wait for it to be released, which will be early 2020 and the game will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
