You will get Dormant Primordial Fragments for breaking Primordial Stones in WoW Dragonflight. Primordial Stones can be broken by the blacksmithing anvil located to the right of the blacksmithing area. You will receive six Dormant Primordial Fragments in exchange for breaking a single Primordial Stone.
Alternatively, you can look for Dormant Primordial Fragments in the Zskera Vault rooms. However, remember that you will need several Zskera Vault Keys to unlock more rooms.
How to Use Dormant Primordial Fragments
Dormant Primordial Fragments can either be used to create new Primordial Stones or increase the item level of an existing stone.
