Division 2 Perk Guide – How To Get All Perks & What They Do

In Division 2 Perk are very important, they offer you more strength in different ways. Having Perks is upgrading weapon kit, armor, stash, loots, inventory, etc. Once you unlock a Perk it remains active for the entire game even if you switch to a new weapon or change your outfit. So it is necessary to go through the Perks list and learn about the important one. To save your time in this Division 2 Perk Guide we will tell you about how to unlock all perks.

How To Get Perks

Perks requires SHD Tech, the default currency you will pay to add them in your list. There is a section next to Bounties in Division 2 Map that only shows your mission where you can earn a stash that will reward you SHD Tech that can be later used for unlocking the Perks.

Talk to the Quartermaster at the stronghold which will open up a menu. In that look for Perks after skill and you will see the list of things you can unlock if you have enough SHD Tech. In this guide, you will get the list of all Perks and their Unlock Cost so that you can easily pick the best ones.

Perks List & What They Do

Some perks have sub-perks inside, it means you have to unlock the primary one to unlock the secondary like the Armor Kit which has Kit 2 and Kit 3 that increase slots to carry Armor Kit.

1). Weapon Slot: Unlock Second Primary Weapon Slot. Unlocking this will allow you to carry three weapons, 2 Primary and 1 Secondary. It cost 1 SHD Tech.

2). Restock 1: Armor Kits: Restocking when entering a safe space refills all Armor Kits.

  • Restock 2: Grenade: Restocking when entering a safe space refills all grenades. Both Perks requires one SHD Tech each.

3). Field Proficiency Cache: This perk will increase your chance by 50% to earn bonus item while opening a field proficiency cache. Requires 5 SHD Tech to unlock.

4). Armor Kit 1: +1 Armor Kits, you can now carry a total 4. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Armor Kit 2: +1 Armor Kits, you can now carry a total 5.
  • Armor Kit 3: +1 Armor Kits, you can now carry a total 6.

5). Grenades 1: Increases Grenade carrying capacity. +1 Grenade. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Grenades 2: +1 Grenade.
  • Grenades 2: +1 Grenade.

6). Inventory 1: Get +10 Slots in Inventory. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Inventory 2: +20 Slots in Inventory
  • Inventory 3: +30 Slots in Inventory

7). Stash 1: Get +20 Stash storage capacity. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Stash 2: Get +30 Stash storage capacity.
  • Stash 3: Get +50 Stash storage capacity.

8). Headshot Accolade: Headshots will reward you XP Bonus. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Multi-Kill Accolade: Killing multiple enemies at a single time will give you XP Bonus.
  • Weakpoints Accolade: Kills triggered by destroying weak points awards an XP bonus.
  • Tactical Kill Accolade: Kills triggered by destroying environment objects awards an XP bonus.
  • Survivor: Not dying for a long amount of time, solo or in a group, will award increasing XP bonuses.

9). Detection 1: Donating enough resources to the control points activates better detection of loot containers in a 20m radius for 10 min. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Detection 2: Donating enough resources to the control points activates better detection of hostiles in a 20m radius for 10 min.

10). Crafting Materials 1: +50 Material Storage capacity. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Crafting Materials 2: +50 Material Storage capacity.
  • Crafting Materials 3: +100 Material Storage capacity.

11). Crafting Materials 1: +50 Material Storage capacity. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Crafting Materials 2: +50 Material Storage capacity.
  • Crafting Materials 3: +100 Material Storage capacity.

12). Magazine 1: Tactical small pouch magazine; fits any belt-fed weapon. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Magazine 2: Balanced spring 5.56 magazine; fits 5.56 assault-style weapons.
  • Magazine 3: Precision 7.62 magazines; fits 7.62 assault-style weapons.
  • Magazine 4: Field pistol magazine; fits sidearms.

13). Muzzle 1: Loud vent brake 5.56 muzzle; fits 5.56 caliber muzzles. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Muzzle 2: Compensator 7.62; fits 7.62 caliber muzzle.
  • Muzzle 3: Small suppressor 9mm muzzle; fits 9mm caliber puzzle.
  • Muzzle 4: Osprey 45 suppressor; fits .45 caliber muzzles.

13). Optics 1: T2 Micro red dot sight; fits short and long top rails. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Optics 2: ACOG Scope (4x); fits long rails.

14). Grip 1: Short grip under barrel attachment; fits long rails. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Grip 2: Compact coupled small laser pointers; fits non-rail couplings.

15). Deconstruction 1: Deconstruction can yield extra crafting materials. Requires 3 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Deconstruction 2: Chance for rare material to be awarded when deconstructing.

16). Resources 1: +50 Food, Water and Components In Resource Inventory. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Resources 2: +50 Food, Water and Components In Resource Inventory.
  • Resources 3: +50 Food, Water and Components In Resource Inventory.

17). Hard Bounties: Get access to 1 Hard Difficulty of bounty per day.

  • Challenge Bounties: Get Access to 1 Challenging Difficulty of bounty per day. Requires Otis Sykes and Level 30.

18). Loadouts 1: A new equipment loadout can now be created in inventory for a total of 4. Requires 1 SHD Tech to unlock.

  • Loadouts 2: A new equipment loadout can now be created in inventory for a total of 5.
  • Loadouts 3: A new equipment loadout can now be created in inventory for a total of 6.

19). Signature Weapon Ammo: Increases the amount of signature weapon ammo dropped. Requires 5 SHD Tech to unlock.
