One of the key person responsible for the Halo franchise has been working hard on creating another game, it was recently announced that the co-creator of the Halo series is making Disintegration.
Disintegration is a sci-fi first-person shooter being developed by V1 Interactive, there isn’t much information available about the project yet but it is known that V1 Interactive has some of the gaming industry veterans working for it.
The full reveal is reserved until Gamescom which is in August and we’re hoping that a few details might get leaked before this announcement goes live.
Halo co-creator and former Creative Director at Bungie Marcus Lehto announced Disintegration today, he will be at the helm of the project with people from the gaming industry who have worked on games such as Skyrim, Destiny, Halo, EVE Online, Shadow of Mordor, and more by his side.
Lehto said, “The opportunity to create not only a new game, but this entire studio has been exhilarating. It is great to be able to share what this amazing team has been working on, and we can’t wait to introduce this new game that our team is building to the world next month.”
The trailer does not reveal much, rather it raises more questions rather than answering them which is nice for now. It builds a certain curiosity to the game.
It is still unknown as to what platforms will Disintegration be available to or will it be an exclusive which will certainly be answered during Gamescom.
There isn’t a particular release date set as of yet but V1 Interactive is targetting the game to be released between April 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021.
