If you are in danger, you will need to move away from the threat as quickly as possible. As for stamina, when you are low and overexerting yourself, you will see that your screen will start to desaturate. This means that you will need to take a step away from whatever you’re doing and take a break.
The best way to keep your health and stamina up is through food. Make sure that you are always carrying some food around to keep your strength up. You will need to munch on some of it from time to time. This will quickly fill up your bars. However, you will also need to keep in mind that there’s a 40-second timer between food breaks as the game only allows you to eat three items before the next break.
