It is also a lengthy process as you will have to collect four essences from 5 bosses. Once you do so, you will be able to combine them all in one Horadric Cube. These essences are Twisted Essence of Suffering, Charged Essence of Hatred, Burning Essence of Terror, and Festering Essence of Destruction.
