All Vex Transformers Locations On Nessus:
Starting with Mercury there are five Vex transformers on this planet. Here you can checkout the exact locations of each of them and save your time in finding them manually.
Nessus Vex Transformer Location 1
Starting from the first one Exodus black, stand on the mountain from where you can see the huge crashed ship. Jump towards your right and continue till you see a cave entrance on the ground that leads to Chamber of Sky. It is not far, go inside, pass through the tunnel and once you are out look on the cave roof.
Nessus Vex Transformer Location 2
Fast travel to Hallows and enter the underground cave, the Vex transformer is on the wall pretty easy to locate. Look for a round cave entrance, jump down and keep looking on the walls on your left. You will easily spot the transformer.
Nessus Vex Transformer Location 3
Fast Travel to Artifacts Edge, and when you land just look on the left you will spot the Vex Transformer on the ground. This one is extremely simple to locate.

Fast Travel to the Tangle and drive towards the huge tree. Just follow the marker, and the Vex Transformer is hidden below the tree in between its roots.

For the final one we have to head to Glade of Echoes, it is in the debris around the huge circular broken structure.

All Vex Transformers Locations On Mercury:
Starting with Mercury there are five Vex transformers on this planet. Here you can checkout the exact locations of each of them and save your time in finding them manually.
Mercury Vex Transformer Location 1
You will land on Field of Glass, on a monument facing a pyramid shape structure. Do not jump down, walk to the right, the lighthouse is a round structure, jump on the wall edge on the right corner and continue walking all the way to the backside of the light house. Look on the roof while running on the outside wall and you will spot the Vex Transformer. Shoot on it to collect.
Mercury Vex Transformer Location 2
For the next one head to the marked location on the map which is on the left of pyramid shape structure. On the left of public area event, follow the wall on the left and look for a waterfall. There is a wall just behind the small water fall, the vex transformer is at the back of small round wall.
Mercury Vex Transformer Location 3
From the above location turn left. Walk straight towards the round building with an glowing light in between. The Vex Transformer is right below it, use your weapon to zoom it and shoot down.
Mercury Vex Transformer Location 4
Next turn right and look for a triangle shape structure, a kind of two massive stones place together. The fourth vex transformer is on the top edge of the triangle. It is very easy to stop, its on the right side of Vex Transformer 4 on Mercury.

The last one is hidden, for this turn right from the Vex Transformer 4 location and continue riding to the end towards a monument with a circular wall. Refer the image to stop at a square rock and jump down towards the wall edge from the left. Walk straight and you will find the final Vex Transformer attached to the wall.

All Vex Transformers Locations On Io:
Io is our last destination to find all the five Vex Transformers in Destiny 2. Below are the marked location and one by one we will explore each.
Io Vex Transformer Location 1
Fast Travel to The Rupture Landing Zone, there are two nearby. One is to the north and other one, to the south east. Starting from the first one which is on the south you have to search a little in between the rocks. For this walk towards the south towards the marker, look for huge square shapes rocks piled over each other. There is an massive cover covered by these rocks, and the Vex Transformer is placed in a hole on the roof.
Io Vex Transformer Location 2
For the second one you have to enter into a cave. From this from the last Vex Transformer location go left and then go all the way straight. There will be a small cave entrance right in front of you at the end, do not go left or right. Once you are out of the cave, there will be lot of enemies, around. The second vex transformer in placed in a small hole on the wall. Walk to the right end to see it.
Io Vex Transformer Location 3
For the third one head to Lost Oasis, the Vex Transformer here is hidden in a tree trunk. Just walk towards the huge tree and look into its root.
Io Vex Transformer Location 4
From the giant tree go left where you got the above transformer, continue walking between the mountains till you reach at the end with an entry to the base. It is just right at the entrance on the top of the wall.
Io Vex Transformer Location 5
On the north of Excavation site 2, enter the massive site and take the cave on the right. It is the first entrance you can spot easily by entering the site area. Continue walking till you reach an area with enemies. Ignore them and continue towards the next tunnel, that will lead you to room. On the right just next to the entrance there is an small hole which has the Vex Transformer.
