The most important one is that you need to complete Jackdaw’s Rest in order to unlock the quest that will get you closer to the spell. You will have to then complete the quest Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1 to unlock the Depulso Spell in Hogwarts Legacy.
For this quest, you will have to first get the Focus Potion and then the Maxima and Edurus Potions. Once you use these potions, you can head back to the potions class and then speak with Professor Sharp after the class is over. You will now be able to start learning the Depulso spell in the game.
