To get the Annihilus in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to beat Uber Diablo or the Diablo Clone once you reach character level 70 and collect the unique charm as a drop. You will be able to hold only one of these items in your inventory. Annihilus is one among the only two items in the game that gives you an additional 5 to 10% Experience bonus in D2R. The only other item with this feature is Ondal’s Wisdom. Here are the other stats you can gain by equipping Annihilus Charm in Diablo 2 Resurrected:

How to Spawn and Beat Uber Diablo Clone for Annihilus in D2R?
To spawn Uber Diablo or the Diablo Clone monster in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to sell 75 to 120 Stone of Jordan Rings (SoJs) to any merchant. Once you have sold enough SoJ’s, you will get a popup message saying “Diablo walks the earth”. This means you have successfully spawned Uber Diablo or the Diablo Clone. This monster is a variation of prime evil Diablo himself, taking his appearance, and is a formidable foe to defeat. Once you beat Uber Diablo or the Diablo Clone in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you will get the unique charm Annihilus as a drop.
