Cyberpunk 2077 is definitely the most sought after upcoming game that the players are waiting for, after being in development for more than 5 years, the developers at CD Projekt RED are still fine-tuning the game to make the end experience something like never seen before. Sony posted an exclusive video on their YouTube page which shows the developers talking about the game.
Though the game may not have an official release date of yet, the message of the video clearly states that to bring out something similar to the feats that The Witcher series earned, the process of producing usually takes a lot of time.
The video does not show anything new but it again reassures that the end product will be a sight to behold. Cyberpunk 2077 is a new frontier for CD Projekt RED as up till now they have created The Witcher series but going into the RPG world where players can customize their own character will be a challenge.
This gives the players the ability to design the character in their own image but the developers also have to make sure that the characters leave a legacy behind like their earlier work.
The developers even go on to say that they aren’t in a hurry and will release the game “when it’s ready”. Going by the philosophy of Shigeru Miyamoto who has helped create timeless classics like The Legend of Zelda, Mario and Donkey Kong which says,
“A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is bad forever.”
