During the E3 last month, CD Projekt RED revealed their game which blew minds at the audiences but it was shown on a high-end PC, and there were no footages of consoles being used which raised some concerns.
But in an interview with Wccftech CD Projekt Red’s Alvin Liu assured that players shouldn’t worry about the game being downgraded on consoles, he said, “We’re targeting consoles as first-class platforms and it looks amazing there,” he said. “So obviously, if you spent, you know, $2,000 building your PC rig, it’s going to look better on that. But the graphics are quite amazing for what you’re going to get from Cyberpunk 2077 on consoles and low-end PCs.”
This comment comes as a relief as the previous games developed by CD Projekt RED did face frame drop issues on the console, which annoyed a lot of the players throughout the world.
Hopefully CD Projekt RED’s stay true to their word and deliver a seamless experience on both console and PC, which will delight everyone as the Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games if not the most.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on 16th April 2020 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Cyberpunk 2077 will also let players choose their own starting point of the game and the player will be in almost total control of how they want the narrative of the game to progress. You can read more of it right here.
