How to Start War Using the Varangian Adventure in Crusader Kings 3?
To start a war using the Varangian Adventure as Casus Belli in Crusader Kings 3, you need to a Germanic tribe lord, have 1000 Prestige, and reach fame level 3. Once you have these simple wage a war against the land you need and use Varangian Adventure as the reason. This option will be only available through the Northern Lords DLC, and only the North Germanic tribes can use this justification for war.
Casus Belli (cause of war) in Crusader Kings 3 is justification or the goal for your nation to wage war against another kingdom. Varangian Adventure allows you to move your capital and people from your cold north to fresh arable land lands in England or Russia or any other nation. Varangian Adventure cannot be used against other culturally similar Germanic tribes. You can activate the cause as much as you like against other countries. But bear in mind that the cost for each Varangian Adventure will increase. It will go up by 1000 Prestige more than the last activation.
Once you start Varangian Adventure, you will receive an instant army of 200 Vikings containing Levies and Varangian Veterans. By the time you reach 10 Counties, this great army will spawn 2700 soldiers including Bondi, Vigmen, and Huscarls.
