Updated Date :

In Isle of Siptah, the latest expansion of Conan Exiles, you will see a lot of changes. Yes, I am talking about the healing mechanic that has changed and to heal, you now need specific healing items. Since you will need it quite a bit in this game, this Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah Healing guide will explain how to heal and get healing items.

Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah Healing Guide: How to Heal

You need to craft the healing items in order to be able to use them. Also, it is important to note that you can use better health items if you are at a higher level. So, ensure that you have the necessary crafting resources that you can collect while playing normally.

So, which are the healing items in Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah that you can use? Wraps and Potions! You can also heal if you eat meat or insects but with wraps (bandages) and potions, you will get better results.

How to Craft Wraps (Healing Item)

The Rough Wrap is the most basic one that you can use. You don’t have to attain any particular level for it, just 10 Aloe Leaves and 5 Plant Fibres.

A level up in terms of Wraps is the Healing Wrap that you can get at Level 25 and needs 6 Skill Points. The ingredients are 5 Leather and 10 Aloe Leaves for 3 Healing Wraps.

To heal even better, use Numbing Wrap which you can obtain at Level 45 and needs 10 Skill Points. For the crafting recipe of the 3 Numbing Wraps, you need 20 Aloe Leaves, 20 Honey, 10 Thick Leather.

There’s more! Make the Stutter Wrap which unlocks at Level 58 with Numbing Wraps and 12 Skill Points. The resources needed are 30 Aloe Leaves, 10 Silk, 10 Alchemical Base.

How to Make Potions

Now, let’s see which potions you can use to heal in Conan Exiles: Isle of Siptah.

You need to get to Level 15 and then go ahead and unlock the Firebowl Cauldron. This is where you can craft your potions.

Now, to get the Aloe Extract Potion, you need 10 Aloe Leaves.

Next comes the Concentrated Aloe Extract recipe, you need to get to Level 35 and needs 8 Skill Points. Then with you need 30 Aloe Leaves and 1 Alchemical Base as resources.

Finally, at Level 58 is the Pure Aloe Extract which needs 12 Skill points. The crafting recipe involves 20 Alchemical Base and 50 Aloe leaves.

With the Aloe Leaves collected from the areas near water bodies using a sickle, you can easily craft the healing potions. As soon as you craft the above items, you can then consume them and effectively heal! Do remember that wraps should not be used in combat because others can attack you when you are trying to use a wrap. Instead, use a potion.
