There are a total of 5 new hairstyle options, combined for both Type A and B. Since they have been added after hairstyle number 27 let us refer to them accordingly. Here is what you should know about them:

  • 28 – Triple braid: This hairstyle is interesting because it gives you short hair on the sides and back. But the character has three braids behind it.
  • 29 – Neck length hair: This style is more of your standard long hair but not too long and around neck length. It has a messier feel to it.
  • 30 – Half up Half down Ponytail: This is another gender-neutral hairstyle that you can pull no matter if your character in Elden Ring is a guy or a girl.
  • 31 – Twin braids: It gives your character two braids on each side.
  • 32 – Twin tail hairstyle: A very popular hairstyle that you will see commonly in anime. You can see it on characters like Mayoi Hachikuji, Hatsune Miku, and more.

How to Use these New Hairstyles

There are two ways you can use these hairstyles. The first is when you are starting a new game with a fresh character. And the second is by using the mirror at Roundtable hold. It will not only allow you to change your hair but also other features of your character.

  1. Fast travel to Roundtable Hold.
  2. Next, go to the room where you can find Fia. She is a woman you should find seated on a bed.
  3. In this room, you can find a Mirror.
  4. Interact with it and it will say “Clouded Mirror Stand” and give you two options.
    • Apply Cosmetics
    • Leave
  5. Choose Apply Cosmetics.
  6. Next, choose Detailed Appearance.
  7. Here, select Alter Face & Hair.
  8. Finally, you can select from the above 5 or older hairstyles in the Hair tab.
  9. You can also change:
    • Hair Color
    • Luster
    • Root Darkness
    • White Hairs

Once you are done, apply the changes and you will be able to use these new styles.
