Diablo 2 Resurrected Claw Viper Temple Location
To get to the Claw Viper Temple in Diablo 2 Resurrected, you need to locate the Valley of Snakes in the desert area which has the entrance to the temple. It’s a small piece of land that is beyond the Lost City. So, if you have activated the waypoint of Far Oasis, ensure that you reach the entrance of the Lost City from there by exploring the sides of the map.
Make your way to the Lost City waypoint and activate it. Once you see a Fire tower attacking you, know that you are on the right track. The Valley of Snakes should be nearby. Finally, as you get the “To the Claw Viper Temple Level 1” message, go ahead and enter it.
Claw Viper Temple is also where you will find the Tainted Sun Altar in Act 2 and destroying it is your main goal in the Tainted Sun quest. This altar isn’t without its guarding monsters, including a Super Unique monster Fangskin. Once you destruct the altar, you will see some light beams which means that the perpetual eclipse has ended. Now you can get the Amulet of the Viper which you will need to make the Horadric Staff.
