The Cirrus Buried Treasure is located right next to the bridge in Arcane Odyssey. You need to jump off the edge of the bridge on the right side. Once you do so, you will also find a note there that you can read by interacting with it using E. Now all you have to do is dig between the tree and slabs of rocks lying there and you will have the treasure. Additionally, you also need to head under the bridge to get more chests and treasure which will be quite useful.
Once you get the quest from Scott Nebula, you simply need to turn around and walk toward the bridge. You’ll cross an NPC named Neviro before you reach the bridge and you can use this as a marker toward the right way. Keep in mind, this quest will reward you with a lot of XP if you are looking to progress to higher levels.
