Genshin Impact never fails to delight fans with its constant updates. The latest 3.5 update lets players participate in the Spices from the West: Northerly Search event. The entire objective is to make spices, add them to your fragrant dishes and then offer the dish to your favorite characters for taste-testing. How to Invite Characters to Taste Test in Genshin Impact
To invite any Genshin Impact character to taste test your dish, you will need to interact with them in the Serenitea Pot. You will need to press the “Please Try This” option and then choose the Fragrant dish that you’d like your favorite character to try. The stationed character will react differently depending on each dish. But in the end, you will receive Companionship EXP. If you’re extra lucky, you might also be able to get Primogems, Mystic Enhancement Ores, and Mora while participating in the Spices from the West event.
However, you will only be able to invite characters for taste-testing if you are on Adventure rank 28 or above. Also, you will need to have completed the World Quest Idle Teapot Talk to share your dishes with other characters. To add characters in the Serenitea Pot, you will need to go to the Companion tab from your Furnishing Placement screen. Then, you can choose your favorite characters to place them in the Serenitea Pot. This can be done by pressing the “Hand” icon in the top right corner of your screen. That’s it, your favorite Genshin Impact characters have now been added in the Serenitea Pot. Go ahead and share your Fragrant dishes for taste-testing and earn exclusive rewards!
