Diablo Immortal is an action MMORPG released by Blizzard for Mobile. It is based on the time between Diablo II & Diablo III takes place. In this game, play as one of 6 classes and battle the evils that are ahead with your Allies. But there are a few cases where some or all of the Characters of a Player are missing. How are you meant to save the World without your Character? Plus all that hard work of grinding and progression is lost. Diablo Immortal Character Missing Fix Guide
The Character Missing issue in Diablo Immortal occurs when there is account syncing due to platform changes. Most notably, Players are missing their Characters when they are trying to access the game through the PC after making an account on Mobile & vice-versa. If you have properly synced your account with Battle.net then there is no major problem. All you have to do is select the Server you had made your Characters on from the other device. Check the list of servers and you will find the one where your Characters exist. This should fix the Character Missing issue in Diablo Immortal.
But if you have not made an account, i.e. played as a Guest, then there are going to be problems. All your progress is tied to that Guest account and you will lose all progress & Characters once you make a Battle.net account. If this has happened then there is nothing that can be done. So make sure to first have a proper Battle.net account to at least save your stuff on Cloud. Do this before making any new Characters. The issue seems like a glitch and will be fixed in the foreseeable future, till then double-check your Account Sync.
