In the early stages of Hogwarts Legacy, you can only have four magic spells on your spell diamond. But that won’t be an issue until you unlock more than four. Since each spell is assigned a face button, it is crucial to know how to include new spells.
To change equipped spells in Hogwarts Legacy:
- Open the Magic Spells menu.
- Press the Right button on your D-Pad to open the Spells list.
- Move your cursor to the spell you want to equip.
- Press the button you want to assign the highlighted spell to (E.g. X, Y, A, or B button on Xbox).
Then, you can use them through your spell diamond. There are several ways to unlock new spells like story progression, side quests, and more.
