How to Switch Bot Difficulty in CS2
In order to change Bot Difficulty in CS2, players will first have to enable the Developer Console in the in-game settings. Follow the steps given below in order to enable the console and switch bot difficulty in the game:
- Head over to the in-game settings by clicking on the cog wheel.
- Here select the Game Tab.
- After which you will come across the Enable Developer Console option.
- Click on the option and select Yes to turn it on.
- Once done, all you need to do is select Practice after entering Play.
- After selecting the map and entering the match toggle the Developer Console on.
- You will have to press the ~ Key on your keyboard.
- After which, type in “bot_difficulty” with the value you want.
Players can type in the value between 1 to 3 where you will encounter normal bots on one and expert bots on three.
