If you’re wondering how to change your Armor Appearance in Diablo 4 then you’re at the right place. In the previous installment, changing the appearance was a feature for players who reached the endgame. But that’s not the case for this installment. In this game, you will be able to change the look of your character quite early on and this guide will tell you how.
How to Use Transmog and Change Armor Appearance in Diablo 4
In Diablo 4, players can change the appearance of their armor and weapons in the first major city called Kyovashad using the Transmog system. Open the map and look for the little Wardrobe icons. At first, it’ll be just in Kyovashad, but as you progress, more will unlock. These wardrobes are usually located in the Inns and are labeled.
Once you find them, you can interact with the wardrobes to open a menu to change the appearance of your character. You can change the makeup, jewelry, markings, and markings color. Moreover, you will also get options to change the look of your armor based on the items you’ve salvaged. The salvageable items will have “Unlocks new look on salvage” written in their description. So if you don’t want the said item, you can visit a Blacksmith and interact with him. In the interaction menu, select the Pickaxe icon and select the item you want to disassemble. This will destroy that item but you will get more options in the transmog system.
With a wide range of options, you can make sure that your character is unique. You can also save an outfit with the Ensemble feature. If you like a certain appearance, you can save it in the Ensemble slot. Moreover, you can also buy more slots for Gold.
