You can find and catch Eevee in this game by heading over to a town called Cortondo to the west of Mesagoza. Once you reach there, go to the west of this town and you will find an Olive field with olive trees. There, you can find and catch wild Eevee walking around. The Eevees you will come across will range from level 11 to 30 in Scarlet and Violet. So make sure you have a Pokemon on a similar level. Weaken it by lowering its HP but make that it doesn’t faint.
