How to Fix the ‘Can’t Invite Friends’ bug in MW2 & Warzone 2
This bug takes place when players try to click on Social Tab to invite friends. The system accepts the command but redirects you back to the Main Menu screen instead. This bug has annoyed the players who attempted to invite their friends while playing COD MW2 or Warzone 2. As promised, here’s a workaround that you can use to invite your friend to a Party.
- Launch Modern Warfare 2 or Warzone 2.0 on your device.
- Click on the Headphone icon on the top right corner of the screen. That’s the Channel tab in COD games.
- Further, you would want to create a Channel or select the Game’s Channel.
- Now, from there, click on Invite to Channel so you get redirected to your friend list.
- You can now invite your friends to Warzone 2 or MW2.
The issue has been acknowledged by Activision and they are already up to bringing a permanent fix. So it is expected that none of the MW2 or Warzone 2 players will get to experience such issues again.
