When will Bunny Day Event Start in Animal Crossing New Horizons
This year, the Bunny Day Event in ACNH will begin on April 2nd, 2023, and end on April 9th, 2023. The Zipper T. Bunny will first show up on 2nd April narrating you about this event. Further, you will get to see him directly on Easter, that is on 9th April.
How to Complete Bunny Day Event in ACNH
Bunny Day Event is completed after finishing certain tasks in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Those tasks include:
- Interacting with Zipper T. Bunny on April 2nd, 2023 on your island. You will find him wandering on your island on that day.
- Collecting 6 different Easter Eggs – Earth, Leaf, Sky, Stone, Water, and Wood.
- Unlocking Bunny Day DIY Recipes and crafting items with it.
- Interacting with Zipper T. Bunny on Easter Day (April 9th) to unlock 4 additional items.

How to Get Earth Easter Egg
In ACNH, you can retrieve the Earth Egg by digging it from the ground. Don’t worry, we are not asking you to dig up the entire island, but only the land that has a ‘Star’ mark on it. Digging up the land with a ‘Star’ mark will mostly get you an Earth Egg or maybe a Fossil.
How to Get Leaf Easter Egg
To get Leaf Eggs during Bunny Day Event, look out for them on the trees. Whenever you spot a tree with Eggs instead of fruits on it, simply shake it. It will make the Leaf Eggs fall on the ground for you to collect.
How to Get Sky Easter Egg
In order to get the Sky Eggs during Bunny Day Event in ACNH, keep your eye on the sky. Look out for flying a balloon with a gift box attached to it. If you spot it, equip a Slingshot and shoot it for the gift box to fall down. Inside those boxes, you can find a Sky Egg.
How to Get the Stone Easter Egg
To collect Stone Eggs, take out your Shovel or Axe and start hitting rocks with it. Like any other resource, it will pop out a Stone Egg that you can collect.
How to Get Water Easter Egg
During the Bunny Day Event, you can collect the Water Egg by fishing. You heard it right, simply equip a Fishing Rod and walk your way toward the shore. Further, look out for the shadow of a fish swimming under the water. There are chances that the shadow is a Water Egg instead of a fish itself. So, use the Fishing Rod to pull it out of the water like a normal fish.
How to Get the Wood Easter Egg
Last but not least, you can obtain the Wood Egg by chopping down trees. Moreover, make sure to use a Flimsy Axe or Stone Axe to hit the tree with it. After 3 hits, it should drop a Wood Egg for you to collect. However, there are chances that the tree may drop other resources instead of a Wood Egg. This is because the drop rate of a Wood Egg is completely random. Hence, you will have to keep looking harder for this specific Easter Egg during the Bunny Day Event in Animal Crossing New Horizons.
Also, keep in mind that all of these Easter Eggs have a limited number of spawns every day. So be mindful while collecting them.
