The sword can only be dropped by the Cake Queen, so you’ll have to defeat her in combat to make to sword yours. Standing at Level 2175, the Cake Queen uses powerful lighting waves to punish players who get in too close. Her massive health of 260,875 makes her a tough fight so we recommend going with your best gear or bringing some friends along to ease the burden.
The Cake Queen lives on Ice Cream Land, the second island in the Sea of Treats located in the Third Sea. Make your way to her castle which looks a giant bowl of ice cream marked with a skull and crossed bones. Walk up the leaning spoon into her chamber and start the fight. Note that there’s only a 5% chance she will give you the Buddy Sword when you defeat her. Luckily Cake Queen spawns every 30 mins so you can put in multiple tries.
