In order to complete the Boutique Opening quest in Cookie Run Kingdom, you will first need to make sure you update the game. Without updating, you will not be able to play the quest. Once you do so, you also need to make sure you are ahead of World Exploration Stage 2-13.
Once you get past the mentioned stage, you will receive a quest prompt towards the right side of your screen. If you click on it, you will be shown a short story cutscene. In this cutscene, you will see a new Cookie who aspires to start her very own boutique.
To begin building this boutique, you will need to ensure you have 5 jars of Sweet Jelly Jam. To make this jam, you will need 6 Jellybeans with the help of a Jammery that has a minimum level of 2. It takes around eight minutes to finish making each of these jams. If you already have the jams, you will not need to create new batches for the quest.
Once you finish making the jam, the quest will be completed. You will now gain access to the costume gacha. You can locate it inside the usual gacha menu, under the Costume tab.
