Unfortunately, the Blue Venom skin was a limited-time cosmetic for players who played the closed beta, and so whoever owns this skin has been one of the early players of the game. To get it, you were required to play, gain Event XP and progress to level 30 in the Galacta Quest pass after which you could unlock and equip the skin. The closed beta test ran from July 23, 2024 to August 5, 2024.
