    Knowing the best blood quality and type in V Rising can give you a passive boost that can help you a lot. This is quite a complex mechanism. It works by giving you a certain passive ability based on the enemy you feed on. So for example you feed on an assassin whose blood quality is 7% then you will get a 10%-20% critical strike chance when you attack using weapons. The quality and type of your foe determine the passive you get. So in this guide let us check the best blood type in V Rising and how blood quality works.

    Best Blood Types In V Rising

    The overall best blood type in V Rising is Brute. This is because its perks are effective and getting this blood is relatively easier as compared to other types. Some of its perks include improved attack speed and healing.

    Although, if your character relies more on spells then you will find the Scholar Blood type more useful. Its perks include reduced spell cooldown, improved spell power, and life leech.

    Lastly, if you are planning to farm then you should get the Worker Blood type. You get advantages like more resources and reduced damage from objects.

    All Blood Quality explained based on their types

    There are a total of 6 Blood Types in this game, and they are:

    • Brute
    • Creature
    • Rogue
    • Worker
    • Warrior
    • Scholar

    Below are all the different effects of each Blood type based on their tiers. These effects are nothing but the passive bonuses you get while you feed on that blood.

    Brute – Best Blood Type in V Rising

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: Increase Primary Attack Life Leech by 7.5% – 12.5%
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get 7.5% – 15% more primary attack speed. You also get 1 Gear Level.
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: You heal by 20% – 35% more whenever you receive Healing. You can also heal yourself for 4% of your victim’s health when you strike a killing blow.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: You have a 6% chance per relative health recovered to boost your movement speed by 20% and increase the damage of your primary attacks by 25%
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.

    Creature

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: Get more Movement Speed by 3% – 15%.
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get 10 – 25 more Sun Resistance rating.
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: You get 10% – 20% Damage Reduction.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: Health regeneration gets increased by 150%.
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.

    Rogue

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: You have a 10% – 20% chance to land a critical strike with weapon attacks.
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get more Movement Speed by 8% – 15%
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: You get a reduced cooldown on Travel Skills by 12% – 25%. After using a travel skill you have a 100% chance to land a critical strike on the next physical attack.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: You have a 50% chance to expose the victim’s armor on a critical strike. It will increase the damage taken from all sources by 15% for 4 seconds.
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.

    Worker – How Blood Quality Works in V Rising

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: Get 10% – 30% more Resource Yield.
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get 15% – 25% more Damage against Resource Objects.
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: Get 10% – 20% more Mount Gallop Speed.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: Gives you a 3% chance to instantly destroy a resource node. It also triggers a burst of speed.
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.

    Warrior

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: Get more Physical Power by 10% – 20%.
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get an 8% – 15% cooldown reduction on Weapon Skills.
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: You take Reduced damage by 7.5% – 15% and a damage boost of 25% when striking enemies at full health.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: You have a 15% Chance to parry an attack that can reduce the damage taken by 50%. In case you do successfully Parry an attack it will increase your own damage by 25%.
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.

    Scholar

    • First Tier (Tier 1)
      • Effects: Get more Spell Power by 12% – 25%.
    • Second Tier (Tier 2)
      • Effects: Get 8% – 15% cooldown reduction on Spells.
    • Third Tier (Tier 3)
      • Effects: Get 5% – 10% Spell Life Leech.
    • Fourth Tier (Tier 4)
      • Effects: You have a 20% chance to reset the spell cooldown when cast.
    • Fifth Tier (Tier 5)
      • Effects: All of the above effects get a 30% boost.
