Blood Kiwi in Grow a Garden (Guide)

Published Date :

The Blood Kiwi is a Legendary pet introduced in the Blood Moon Event on May 17, 2025, in Roblox’s Grow a Garden. This animal is highly valued for its ability to significantly reduce egg hatching times, making it a useful addition for players who like to collect pets and unlock unique ones faster.

In terms of appearance, the Blood Kiwi is a recolored version of the normal Kiwi, featuring maroon fur, orange feet and beak, and red pupils. So, if you’re looking to add this creature for aesthetic and useful reasons, read on to know more.

How to Get the Blood Kiwi in Grow a Garden

The Blood Kiwi is available exclusively through the Blood Moon Shop, which appears during Night Events with a 33% chance. The shop spawns near the Old Wise Owl in the center of the map. Each Night Event occurs hourly, so if you miss one, you’ll need to wait for the next. The Blood Kiwi costs 20,000,000 Sheckles, so ensure you have sufficient in-game cash before the event begins. You can also purchase it for 399 Robux.

The Blood Kiwi gives you a significant boost to egg hatching efficiency:

  • Every 60 seconds, it reduces the hatch time of the egg with the highest remaining time by 45 seconds.
  • It also increases the egg’s hatching speed by 20%.

This makes it highly effective for players focusing on hatching multiple eggs. Having multiple Blood Kiwis in your garden can speed up egg hatching to a great degree.

Is it worth it?

The Blood Kiwi in Grow a Garden is great for speeding up the egg hatching process in Grow a Garden. If you’re an active player trying to collect all pets or want to obtain an extremely rare pet, this is for you. Unfortunately, this pet is not useful for those who are looking for extra Sheckles gain or mutations on fruits. It will only come in handy for those who consistently buy eggs to hatch them.
