You can find the different locations of Black Serpent Knight Windcutter throughout the Chasm: Underground Mines area in Liyue. With the help of the interactive map, you can track their locations quite easily.

These enemies are buffed whenever they hit a character protected by a shield. So, rather than countering with a shield, dodging and healing his attacks can prove more effective. We suggest avoiding characters like Zhongli, Ningguang, or Kaeya while fighting these shadowy foes. You can use your characters to perform elemental reactions like Melt and Vaporize to damage them more. But make sure to not use a shield to protect from their attacks. If they don’t get any buffs, it will be easier to defeat the Black Serpent Knights.
Aside from Rethel, most of the Black Serpent Knights are accompanied by more reinforcements. These Knights are accompanied and helped by an additional bearer or a defender. Rethel neither has any bearer nor any defenders. But while Rethel fights alone, Buliwyf is reinforced with an additional bearer and a defender.
