Updated Date :

When you speak of the best secondary weapons in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, there are a host of sidearms which come to mind. However, the X12 sidearm is certainly underrated and becomes a completely overpowered force when paired with the Akimbo attachment. If you want to quickly push ranks in multiplayer, here is the best X12 loadout in Modern Warfare 2 to get you up and running.

The Best X12 Loadout in Modern Warfare 2

Firstly, make sure you’re eligible to use The X12 handgun. It can be unlocked after reaching level 31. Without further ado, here is the best loadout for X12 in MW2:

  • Muzzle: Forge DX90-F
  • Trigger Action: XRK TR9 Trigger
  • Rear grip: Akimbo
  • Magazine: 24-round MagBest X12 Loadout in Modern Warfare 2

We went with the Forge DX90-F as it is famous for its sound suppression ability and a smoother recoil. For Trigger action, we chose the XRK TR9 Trigger as it helps with aiming idle stability and an impressive fire rate. For the rear grip it was a no-brainer, we used the Akimbo grip. This attachment gives players the freedom to use two X12’s at the same time ensuring double the fire-rate and damage! Lastly, we found that the 24 round Mag suits best for the X12!

Best Perks and Equipment to support X12

  • Tactical: Stim
  • Lethal: Drill Charge
  • Perk Package: Scavenger, Phantom, Ghost and Fast Hands
  • Field Upgrade: Dead Silence

X12 is certainly a must have secondary weapon on its own in COD Modern Warfare 2. However, when you bring the Akimbo attachment to the mix, this handgun instantly becomes a force to be reckoned with. A supremely overpowered weapon which can simply annihilate the entire match lobby and take you straight to the top!

That’s all we had for you in the best X12 loadout in Modern Warfare 2. If you liked this guide, consider checking out our other loadout guides on the Kastov 74U and Lachmann-556 right here on Gamer Tweak.
