Since I am ranking them in this list remember that this is just my recommendation of the best fists in the game. You might find your favorite fist in a different tier. But that is fine, your choice of weapon might work well with the build you use. Now, here is the Tier List.

Veteran’s Prosthesis – Best Fist Weapon in Elden Ring
This fist allows you to do physical and lightning damage to your foes. And you can use it with both your hands.
Here are its important stats.
- Physical damage: 83
- Lightning damage: 53
- Critical damage: 100
You can scale this weapon with Strength and Dexterity. You should have at least this level in these stats you need to use it.
- Strength: 15
- Dexterity: 12
You cannot infuse it with Ashes of War. It has a weapon skill called Storm Kick It costs 10 FP to use.
Grafted Dragon
This is one of the best fist weapons in the game thanks to the physical damage and fire damage it can deal. This is also a one-handed fist.
Here are its important stats.
- Physical damage: 89
- Fire damage: 57
- Critical damage: 100
This weapon scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Faith. This is the minimum level you should have in these stats you should have if you want to wield it effectively.
- Strength: 20
- Dexterity: 14
- Faith: 16
It cannot be infused with Ashes of war. Its weapon skill is Bear Witness! and it uses 20 FP. You should use this skill when you are trying to attack multiple enemies at the same time.
Cipher Pata
This is quite questionable to be on this list but this weapon does excellent holy damage. Below are its important stats.
- Holy damage: 85
- Critical damage: 100
You can scale the Cipher Pata with Faith. In order to use Cipher Pata properly you should have:
- Faith: 30
You cannot infuse Cipher Pata with Ashes of War. But it gets a weapon skill known as Unblockable Blade. It costs 25 FP to use this skill.
